Corma Aftercooler
Model Spec Sheet
Data
Dimensions
Some advantages of the Corma Aftercooler:
- Precise Pipe Pitch Control – The Integrated haul-off is synchronized with the corrugator to maintain consistent pipe pitch and profile geometry throughout the cooling process. It has the ability to control stretch with integrated speed control between the corrugator and aftercooler.
- Enhanced Product Stability – The recirculating water-cooling system rapidly removes residual heat, allowing the corrugated pipe to fully stabilize before downstream handling and processing through perforators.
- Optimized for PE & PP Processing – Designed to provide the additional cooling required for polyolefin materials, helping to prevent deformation and dimensional variation.
- Improved Product Quality – Supports consistent pipe dimensions, profile integrity, and finished product appearance by controlling cooling immediately after forming of the corrugations as the pipe exits the corrugator.
- Reduced Scrap & Increased Efficiency – Minimizes rejects caused by warping, shrinkage, and out-of-spec dimensions, helping maximize production yield.
- Seamless Line Integration – Engineered to operate as part of the complete Corma production line, ensuring smooth material flow and reliable downstream processing.
- The recirculating water system also provides for energy savings on the chilled water requirements as only the actual amount of heat removed from the pipe is required from the chiller. With the additional benefit of the prevention of the possibility of contamination into the water system.

Corma Dump Table
Model Spec Sheet
Dimensions
Some of the advantages of the Corma Dump Table:
- Automated Pipe Transfer – Automatically receives and transfers finished pipe from the cutter, reducing manual handling and supporting continuous production.
- Controlled Product Handling – Provides smooth, stable transfer to help protect finished pipe from scratches, dents, and deformation.
- Improved Production Efficiency – Rapid unloading minimizes cycle times and helps maintain consistent production throughput.
- Reduced Labour Requirements – Automated operation decreases operator involvement in material handling, allowing personnel to focus on production and quality control.
- Enhanced Operator Safety – Minimizes repetitive lifting and direct interaction with finished product, contributing to a safer working environment.
- Heavy-Duty Construction – Built with a robust industrial frame to deliver reliable performance in demanding manufacturing environments.
- Flexible Configuration – Available in a range of sizes and configurations to accommodate various pipe diameters, lengths, and production requirements, including the capability to dump on one or both sides.
- Seamless Line Integration – Designed to integrate with Corma downstream equipment and controls for synchronized, efficient operation.
- Low Maintenance Design – Engineered with durable components to provide dependable operation while minimizing routine maintenance requirements.

CPCO Planetary Pipe Cut-Offs
Model Spec Sheet
Data
Dimensions
Some advantages of the Corma Planetary Cut-Off:
- A totally new patent pending pipe cut-off for single wall and double wall corrugated pipes with and without in-line couplings.
- Adaptable for PE, PP and PVC using a single knife to produce clean cuts with no chipping.
- All functions for clamping, travel speed and cutting are by electric power for user friendly operation.
- Size change is simplified to exchange of clamp shell inserts, install the exit pipe guide and call up pre-programmed pipe sizes on the PLC.
- Synchronization from the corrugator controls clamping, speed of floating table, automatic knife positioning and cutting speed.
- Pipe without couplings requires only a single cut operation.
- When cutting pipes with single and double layer couplings the pipe will be clamped and the first cut will be done on the coupling. Then, the pipe which is still clamped will be repositioned to make the second cut removing the transition section of the pipe.
- Option for making cuts of one or more corrugations for quality control samples using second cut function.
- Manufactured under strict ISO 9001-2015 procedures to meet customer’s requirements and bear the CE stamp of conformity to the European technical and safety standard.
